The Creator Rewards program is a way to acknowledge you for being an active part of the Flightsim.to community. The more you create, maintain, and engage with your addons, the more you earn — in two different ways: XP and Credits.
The Two Currencies
🌟 Creator XP: XP measures how active you are this month. Every calendar month is a fresh "reward period" — your XP counter starts back at zero on the 1st of each month, so there's always a new chance to climb the ladder.
💎 Creator Credits: Credits are your permanent, spendable reward currency. Unlike XP, Credits never expire or reset — once you've earned them, they're yours to keep and spend on rewards from the Creator Rewards catalog whenever you like.
How You Earn XP: Monthly Achievements
Throughout the month, you automatically earn XP by completing achievements. You can see exactly which achievements are available and your live progress toward each one on your Creator Rewards dashboard. These cover all kinds of creator activity, for example:
- Uploading new addons (and getting them downloaded by users)
- Total downloads across your addons
- Getting rated by the community
- Keeping your addons updated and well-maintained
- Fulfilling addon requests from the community
- Gaining new followers
- Publishing wallpapers
- Getting your addons bookmarked or added to collections
Tiers: Turning XP into Credits
Your total XP for that month decides which Tiers you've reached — think Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond, each requiring a higher amount of monthly XP. The higher your tier, the higher your Credit reward for reaching that tier. The higher you climb in a month, the more Credit rewards you collect at once.
Once the month is over, this is calculated automatically and the Credits land in your permanent balance — ready to spend, no action needed on your part.

Does my XP carry over to next month?
No — XP is monthly. It resets conceptually each month so everyone gets a fresh shot at the tiers. Your Credits, however, are permanent and carry over forever.
When exactly do I get my Credits?
Shortly after a month ends, once all activity for that month has been finalized. Credits are added automatically to your balance.
If I reach Gold, do I get Bronze and Silver rewards too?
Yes! All tiers you've passed through that month pay out together.
Where can I check my progress?
Your Creator Rewards dashboard shows your current monthly XP, your Credit balance, the full tier ladder, and live progress on every active achievement.
