The Flightsim.to Creators Program is here to reward our most dedicated and active creators with more than just feedback and appreciation. The Creators Program aims to financially reward our community's most active and talented mod authors. The Creators Program is a highly selective program that requires an application process and is open only to approved creators that have proven to provide meaningful, high-quality content to the community.
Members of the Creators Program are distinguished by a "Professional Creator" tag on their uploads and profile page, showcasing their commitment to the flight simulation community. Additionally, these creators are featured on the Creators Program page.
Eligibility Criteria
- A minimum of 10,000 Karma points
- Registered on Flightsim.to for at least six months
- A minimum of 10,000 Downloads on your uploads
- A minimum Avgerage Rating score of 4.0 stars on your uploads
- You must be at least 18 years old or of legal age in your jurisdiction
- Tax registration may be required, depending on your jurisdiction

Benefits of the Creators Program
Donation Pools

Every month, Flightsim.to will allocate a certain amount of money into a fictitious Donation Pool. This pool will then be distributed among our most active and contributing creators each month. The amount set aside for this pool is determined by various factors including revenue from Premium Memberships, Store Purchases, total website traffic, and other operational expenses, as well as Flightsim.to's financial reserves. At the end of each month, the allocated funds are converted into Donation Points and added to each creator's balance. The monthly formula divides the total Donation Points in the pool by the total unique downloads from all participating mod creators. Users can also make contributions to this pool. Flightsim.to has already paid out more than 4,000,- USD to Creators within the Program.
Free Premium Membership

Creators Program Members with at least 100.000 Karma Points enjoy the benefits of Flightsim.to Premium for free.
Direct Creator Donations

Users with Platform Credit can use their balance to donate to their favorite creators through the prominent Donation features available on their mod uploads. 100% of these donations go directly to the creators, with no fees or cuts taken by Flightsim.to.
Earnings from Downloads

Creators earn Platform Credit for every 1,000 unique downloads of their mods. This feature is currently work in progress.
Addon Requests

Creators can accept paid requests on the Marketplace that are funded by Platform Credit. This system allows creators to be compensated for their work by fulfilling specific requests from users.
Promoted Content

We give Creators Program members' content prominent placement in our regular features, editorials, and throughout the site.
