Physics Improvement Mod for FYCYC C919X

This mod refines the flight dynamics of the FYCYC C919X by reducing excessive ground effect and improving lift response during takeoff. Elevator input sensitivity and pitch inertia are rebalanced for more realistic handling characteristics. Flap drag and approach deceleration are adjusted to prevent over-gliding and enhance control during landing. The mod maintains the fly-by-wire aircraft's weight feel while enhancing realism across various flight phases.
