Lundy is a small island in the Bristol Channel, off the north coast of Devon, home to a few people, lots of sheep and over a thousand puffins. Served by a ferry service in summer and helicopter in winter, the island also has a fairly rough and ready airfield.

There's one grass strip - 06-24 - marked out by large rocks painted white. No facilities to speak of, but there is a windsock. It's often advisable to make a low pass first to scare off the sheep that sometimes wonder over the runway. And be careful not to land to early or overrun, as the area beyond the runway at either end is pretty rocky.

For this scenery, I've recreated the airfield roughly as you might find it during one of the airfield's fly-in events: a few parked aircraft, some pitched tents, and a couple of confused hikers. I've used custom objects for the aforementioned white rocks, and added in some missing stone wall around the island. I've also removed the trees that appear in error all over the island in the default game, and corrected the runway orientation (the default AI seems to have identified one of the stone walls as a runway). Oh, and I've added a custom model of Old Light, the 19th Century lighthouse a few hundred yards away.

As ever, you'll need a few libraries installed to make this work as it should - they're listed below.

I'm hoping to get round to adding a couple more custom lighthouses and potentially doing some work on the helipads on the island in the next little while.
