    the Custom Views for the FBW A380 following the Numeric pad Logic

    0  Pilot default View

    1 Upper Deck left wing

    2 Upper Deck Cabin View

    3 Upper Deck right wing

    4 Upper Deck left engine

    5 Centre Pedestal

    6 Upper Deck right engine

    7 Pilot side view

    8 overhead

    9 Co Pilot side view

     

    Unzip the FBW A380 file and place the camera,cfg file into the Airplane directory of the A380

    C:\Users\user.....\AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.FlightSimulator_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalCache\SimObjects\Airplanes\FlyByWire_A380_842

    Have fun

    Instruction Video is for A320 but the methodology applies here as well

    Be aware due to the complexity of this aircraft the change of view may take at little while.   The A380 is still in Alpha testing

    Hi the only time it will not work is, if you have dropped the camera.cfg file to the wrong folder. IT DOES NOT GO INTO THE COMMUNITY FOLDER!!!!!. Depending which MSFS version you have (Steam or Store??) you need to find the precise location in the Sim Objects folder for the A380: in my case the path is: C:\Users\ejweg\AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.FlightSimulator_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalCache\SimObjects\Airplanes\FlyByWire_A380_842. Replace EJWEG with you own name. Try it and let me know if it worked

    I have msfs24 for steam, and when i go through the same fiole path and .
    then get to airplanes, then the A380, and then i put the file into there. I have also tried using ther number pad on my keyboard and it does not work either. the file path is C:\users\XXXX\AppSata\Roaming\MSFS24\SimObjects\Airplanes\Flybywire_a380_842
    I am in roaming because I can only find the plane model there as I only have the staeam version of MSFS 24.

    Why do you refer to the 320 video? But a 320 file is not on offer.

    The way to install the cfg file is the same, A320/21/380/PMDG. I used the Video as a general example. if you want to install the A380 for example, you have to look for the A380 file location, the PMDG File location as per Video you can see a range of Aircraft that are installed.

    how to confirm compatibility on msfs 2024 ? The mod a380x isn't compatible at this time for msfs2024

    The custom views run independent of the SIM version. All Custom views should work. If the developer is changing the Interior/exterior model, then we have a problem
