Good News, thanks to TFDi I've been able to get this livery updated just in time for the plane's release.

This has a couple of small extra features:
Custom Engine Spinners 
Recoloured seats to better match Alitalia's cabin 
Custom made "QNH" stickers in the cockpit
Retextured spoilers to give them a slightly more reflective finish to match period photos

Alitalia operated the MD11 for passenger service from the '90s to 2003, this livery represents the latest iteration of Alitalia's passenger operations with the MD11. The livery is now 8k, some things have been simply upscaled (NOT using AI), because the paintkit is in 4k, but most of it has been redone in 8k.

I can't help with the P3D version, as I'm not familiar with that simulator.

The old 4k file isn't available anymore, but this is a different livery, so if for any reason you'd like to continue using the old one they should be able to work togheter at the same time, if you don't want that, feel free to remove the old one.
