Sabiha Gökçen - LTJF - Istanbul - Turkey (with the new runway)
This is a v0.5 of the International Sabiha Gökçen airport (LTFJ) with the new runway.
UPDATE : v0.6 compatible with the scenery made by Malioguduscu ( https://flightsim.to/file/1916/istanbul-sabiha-gokcen-international-airport )
Please note that there is no ATC, nor ILS, nor Ground Traffic available yet. I am planning to add those. But please first comment back what needs to be improved on this delivered scenery.

It's a good idea to update the airport to its current conditions considering its expansion, however this mod just seems too unrealistic. Where's the construction? And why is the runway opened with working lights and painted lines?

This is a good idea but I feel like it needs the wonderful terminal object from malioguducu. Ideally you'd collab together on it and make one package, but in case he's fallen off the face of the earth, can you otherwise structure the mods so they can be installed together?
