MY BAD ! PBR texturing is totally different ! Can't wait to see your TECHNOPARK version !

@badlover Nice design there. Please download my design and compare it to yours, it's not the same thing! textures are full PBR in this, I didn't use default textures, take a close up picture to see like the ones I took to see the big difference, like light reflection on the glass and many things are missing in the default non PBR texturing. Also non PBR texturing looks hugely heterogenous with the surrounding scenery

@badlover Thanks for reminding me, added the attributes! and changed made it to add it. But texturing it and making it full PBR and reflective took a lot of time!

@utd4life12 Thank you very much :))) Will update it furthermore to clean it up, will also add emission map for better night lightning and LODS for better performance (although I didn't notice any hit in my system)
