    Beschreibung

    The Boisphere museum in Montreal.
I looked online for some night photos to see how it was lit at night and it can be many different colours but I liked this one best.

This addon unfortunetly uses a piece of a broken sdk. It results in a big 11 sign at the airport MYNN (nassau) Can you please fix this to avoid causing the conflict? more info here: https://www.avsim.com/forums/topic/607319-oversize-11-sign-at-nassau-intl/page/2/

    microsoft defender?
I just downloaded and scanned it using defender and it didn't flag.
it doesn't flag with AVG either

I also uploaded the file here https://www.virustotal.com/gui/
Nada (same with the victoria bridge file you also commented on)

and this site itself says they have also scanned it (under the download button) so it's no doubt a false positive

edit:I also just did a full system scan with defender and AVG, nothing reported

This scenery contains modellib.bgl which conflicts as per Asobo's recommendations. See the section here on CTD's being caused by scenery and how to fix it. Could you fix it please? https://forums.flightsimulator.com/t/scenery-creators-please-move-or-rename-your-modellib-bgl/307563

Wonderful! Thank you! Love the night lighting. Would love night lighting as well for the Montreal Casino that's next door. They would look sharp together.

I noticed there is now a tag for the biosphere. How do you add those? By the way, there is a typo in the Jacques-Cartier bridge tag, no "c".
    M

there are tags on most of my Canadian scenery (not on quebec city bridges tho because there's 2 bridges and I couldn't decide what to name the tag :)

In the SDK it's in the objects window of the scenery editor under Landmark location the option you want is POI (point of interest). you place it then bring up its options and there is an area where you type in the name.

I've fixed the typo on the bridge POI and uploaded the new file, thanks for pointing out my mistake

Your did it! Wow! Looks so much better, thank you! It is the best color at night, I agree. Did you know the Jacques-Cartier bridge is lit the same way? https://jacquescartierchamplain.ca/wp-content/uploads/2017/05/photo-text-img-full.jpg

lol now you tell me :).
(I'll maybe update the lighting on the bridge)

the whole Sphere actually emits light in the sim (it's not just lights placed around it) it's an emissive texture that changes with the day/night cycle which was much quicker to do than placing hundreds of lights by hand, I like how it turned out

I like how it turned out too, it is very life like. Did you have a look at the Samuel-de-Champlain bridge at night? https://www.samueldechamplainbridge.ca/wp-content/uploads/2020/04/Pont-Samuel-De-Champlain-cavabienaller-29-mars-2020-3.jpg

I did yes, and there were many different styles of lighting.
rainbow, blue, red etc, so I decided just to go with white and only do the lighting on the lamp posts
the rainbow looks kinda stupid IMO.
also there's about 140 lights on that scenery I'm not gonna change it now ;)
I don't even do RGB on my computer having it on a bridge is just cringe to me :)
