At the bottom of the addon description is a list of dependencies that let you know if you need to download any additional files. They are currently broken as I have checked a few addons and they often have a red exclamation mark next to them that I take as being required but I haven't downloaded yet even though I have downloaded them already. The rest are grey and I have no idea what that means, it was much easier to see what need to be downloaded the old way.
The icons have been changed to indicate that red means 'Required' and grey (now green) means 'Recommended'. They do not indicate whether you have already downloaded them; you need to check this yourself on the add-on page.
