Hey everyone,
I've been building something I wanted to exist for a long time, a virtual airline career sim that takes the aviation side seriously. It's called CrewLife and I'm finally at a point where I need real people to break it.
What it is: You apply to virtual airlines, go through an actual hiring process (with a probability curve, being overqualified doesn't guarantee acceptance), earn a type rating, and work your way up through the ranks. Flights are tracked via a custom ACARS desktop app that connects to MSFS or X-Plane through FSUIPC/XUIPC and captures landing rate, G-force, and flight data automatically, there is also options for manual submission, with reduced XP gain.
What makes it different:
• Real-world type rating groups (A320 family, B737 family, CRJ family etc.)
• Part 117-inspired fatigue rules — duty windows actually matter
• Passenger reviews generated based on your landing quality
• Charter and mission system on top of scheduled routes
• Rank progression with actual hour requirements per tier, xp requirements, and check rides (written quizzes)
• Built-in aviation lessons and knowledge quizzes tied to your aircraft
• Currently only supporting North American airlines; however, many more will be added in the future, and during the alpha/beta.
What I'm looking for: Beta testers who will actually fly and report back. Especially interested in people running the tracker on different MSFS/X-Plane setups since that's the hardest thing to test alone.
Requirements for full testing:
• Windows 10/11
• MSFS 2020/2024 or X-Plane 11/12
• FSUIPC7 (MSFS) or XUIPC (X-Plane)
It's completely free. Access is approved manually for now to keep things manageable.

Happy to answer any questions here.
