    NEW UPDATE 26.4.18 - Pier 6 Extension and renaming of stands

    Pier 6 Extension in construction

    Pier 6 stand numbers changed to 6xx and taxiway apron area

    Noolaero seems not to be activated when taxiing on.

    Pier 6 Noodaero simobjects VGDS are created but not working right now

    I have just reloaded your airport, along with the B737 GSX profile and I am delighted to say that everything now seems to work!

    I think the problem with BATC is that the runway centerline is not all the way through the runway. So BATC cant detect that the aircrafts are already lined up on the centerline. So no clearance is made. Would be nice to fix that Issum. Cuz its a beautiful and lovely scenery.

    I didn't know that BATC profiles existed (although there is not one for EGKK at the moment)!
    I have reloaded the previous "old" version of EGKK, which has solved the BATC conflict.
    I think that when the next version of EGKK is made available and the current version becomes the "old" one, some (many) people may lose the opportunity to download a version that still works with BATC. It would therefore be really helpful if you could please add a link to the last "good" version that works with BATC (when the next update is issued), which would help those people a lot.

    Yes I think that’s possible , just wish I knew why there is a problem with beyond ATC, hopefully things will work when the dual runway ops begin in the future

    I just updated to the latest version and a flight I'm trying to take out of EGKK in SU7 with a Fenix A320 has BATC crashing when loading this airport. Anyone else having this issue?

    Update: I switched to Heathrow and BATC hesitated at the same place where it crashed but finally went through. I could have been BATC's problem.

    I have not looked for a specific BATC profile but I did see that the crash was still happening with EGKK in the Simbrief flight plan. This did not happen before your latest update. I am in SU7 if that makes a difference.

    Yes - I have exactly the same problem.
    It does not appear to be plane-specific. I tried both the Synaptic A220 and the Fenix A320, with EGKK to EGCC in Simbrief, producing the same result.
    I am not sure what is meant by a "BeyondATC profile". Since I generally use BATC, which has been fine until now, does this mean that there will be no specific adjustment to this version of Gatwick, to address the issue?

    Amazing airport and can't believe it's freeware! The GSX notes say "Only one Gatwick profile aircraft type can be used at any one time". Does this mean I need to remove all but one GXS profile from the folder?

    In the virtuali folder only one must be there, just delete and copy over a different aircraft type with the sim open and restart coultard

    This is, by far, one of the best free scenery addons for MSFS (both 20 and 24). I've flown from here countless times on Vatsim because it's one of the most staffed Airports in the evenings, and since I ofter fly with the Fenix 320 and Easyjet liveries, this is one of my favorite airports to fly from/to. Taxiways are clear and well marked and the terminal buildings are spot-on. Many thanks to the author for this really fine work.
