Lienz-Nikolsdorf Airport (LOKL) is a private use airport located 9 km east of Lienz, Tirol, Austria.
The airport is nested in a steep valley between the mountain ranges of Lienzer Dolomiten and Hohe Tauern, not only guaranteeing a picturesque scenery but also a challenging approach! The Italian Dolomites, UNESCO World Heritage, are just a short hop away too!

Beautiful work!

However I can't seem to spawn in to the airport. I can land at the airport and see all the assets it's just spawning which doesn't work with me.

The blue bar is stuck at 100% and the tips are still changing but it's stuck.

I'm not really sure if it has something to do with this mod.

I love all your Austrian scenery. But on your latest version I have now an aircraft on top of the wooden hangar instead of inside the hangar Does look a bit strange.

Absolutely love this cute airfield, the surrounding area is beautiful.

Two small comments:

1) Sometimes, road vehicles drive over the runway.

2) Some trees and bushes float above the ground. This applies to the trees between the yellow and green hangers, and the bushes behind the green hangar.

These are minor points though 😊 Thanks for your work!

Hallo, gerade von Zell auf dem Weg nach Klagenfurt zwischengelandet. Absolut klasse Scenery mit netten Details die man beim Spaziergang entdecken kann (Karten im Flugleitungscontainer, Pizza und Bier am östlichen Hangar; Fluplatzschild an der Straße uvm). Aber auch der Flugplatz selbst toll umgesetzt, immer einen Ausflug wert; Vielen Dank

Was Sie bauen ist unglaublich!! Da würde mir einfallen, dass es weder ASOBO noch ORBX geschafft haben, in die Szenerie von LOWI den Sender am Patscherkofel einzubauen. Ein Wahrzeichen von Innsbruck und weithin sichtbar. Könnten Sie das? Würde dafür bezahlen.

As with all your creations, excellent work! Thanks for sharing with the community. A couple of small issues with object placement (fuel truck and hangar attendant embedded into walls) but not enough of a problem to deduct a star. Lovely location too.

Find ich super, daß Du Schloß Lengburg noch mit reingenommen hast. Solche kleinen Extras mit auffallenden Gebäuden machen das Ganze dann noch authentischer 😊
Gibt's evtl. ne Chance, daß Du Schloß Bruck in Lienz auch noch mit einbaust? Dann hätte man von Westen kommend auch noch was zum Schauen 😊

Dazu gibt es nur eine Sache zu sagen:
Wir von unserm Luftsportverein haben in Lienz immer Fliegerlager gemacht und mir hat im Sim einfach nur dieser Airport im Alpengebiet gefehlt!
Er ist einfach großartig geworden!!!

Thank you, various users are experiencing the same issue across the map. Its not specifically a LOKL issue.

I also have experienced the problem a few times, a simple restart of the simulator solved it for me.

a) by saying road vehicles you mean airport vehicles? This is expected behaviour, as there is no taxi way connecting all parts of the airport. the vehicles have to go on the runway as in real life. I could ban all airport facilities, but this would make the airfield feel dead.

b) I will have a look at the floating foliage, not sure why this is happening though. All foliage should be flagged as "snap to ground" inside the simulator.

Super! Ich hatte mir für P3Dv4 in mühevoller Kleinarbeit eine nutzbare Version aus der V3 Version gebastelt, die ja eigentlich nicht kompatibel war.
Modelle aus BGL's exportieren und neu kompilieren, und dann mit ADE und Luftbildern versuchen rauszufinden wo was plaziert werden muss.
Und ich war etwas traurig mich davon verabschieden zu müssen. Und hier ist er nun wieder.

Sehr gelungene Szenerie, vielen Dank! Wäre es irgendwie möglich, eine separate Version zum Download zu stellen, in welcher der Hubschrauber nicht auf dem Pad steht? Dann könnte man selbst auf dem Pad landen 😉

Danke! Das Helipad sollte eigentlich frei von Helicopter sein! Der decorative ÖAMTC Heli ist nur als static object auf dem Dolly beiseite geschoben und geparkt, Landepad ist frei 😊
