    Internal and external light mods for MFS2020 & MFS2024

    1) shift EL lighting effect down in VC to make use of it
    2) tweak screen ambient light intensity down
    3) reduce strobe, recog, and nav light size
    4) reduce ATS display brightness

    6) match red beacon light appearance 
    7) toned down cockpit flood light intensity


    Install:
    Drop "xffx_cx750_light_mod_fs20" into the MSFS2020/community folder.
    Drop "xffx_cx750_light_mod_fs24" into the MSFS2024/community folder.

    my outside lights are just big square pixels unless zoomed way, way in on the plane.

    Great work however in 2020 this mod causes the cockpit lights can't be turned on

    Outstanding work. This visually brings the aircraft to a even higher level. Thank you!

    One question: I saw you included cameras.cfg in the mod. Does it contain any changes required for the lighting, or is it just a free addition?

    cameras.cfg is a copy of the original with VR eyepoint added for those who use VR.

    Nice mod, and thank you. I just see an issue with the green light. It has a weird halo and at night looks like a black ball on the winglet.

    MSFS2024 SU2 and SU3b (same issue in both), no other light mods, same problem with community folder with only your light mod and no other active add-ons in Marketplace

    green light is identical to the original version, except intensity was reduced so it will not paint the fuselage green at night.

    if you delete this mod you still see your problem?

    I'm using MSFS 2024 SU3 1.5.23.0; disabling your mod and looking at the original light, I don't see the black ball on the wing tip.

    i'm using fs24 su2 and don't see a problem. will look at it when su3 comes out.

    I noticed that the landing lights aren't volumetric in FS24. Is it possible to fix this?
