I'm sorry but I'm not maintaining this anymore now that there are some good reasonably priced commercial options which I use myself. I'll leave it here as it does still seem to work (as at SU7) and I'm sorry if some people have problems with it.
This is a simple toolbar addon that allows you to view approach plates or any kind of PDF, also any JPG images or TXT files you have made of your own notes. It works in VR too. Full instructions for installation and setup are in the download. This is version 2 which fixes the problem with filenames containing spaces. I made a short youtube of V1 and its otherwise identical apart from now being called eBag. Thanks to ByMaximus for the generic toolbar option I developed this from and to BergZeige for helping me build it as a proper package called EBAG.

I cannot start Ebag, it says Tiny.exe path to home directory is absent.

Not sure if you resolved this, but I have to run the bat file as admin and get the same error.
As a workaround, I manually added the folder location as follows:
Right click start_ebag_server and select PropertiesUnder the general tab, copy and directory structure next to LocationRight click start_ebag_server again, and this time select EditIn Notepad that opens, wherever you see "%cd%" replace with the directory text you just copied (careful to retain the trailing "/")Save and it should run now.almost 4 years ago

I use this app in VR - it is phantastic :-)
It works absolute fine in MSFS2020 with SU9.

Downloaded yesterday, and it works for me under SU6! Like it very much...
Only when i copy additional files in the ebag folder and run the "prepare script" i have to restart the sim to see the new files .
I have over 100 Charts in my ebag folder, and it takes a while to scroll all the files to find the right one. Is it possible to sort them by country e.g.? Perhaps with subfolders?

Ugly. Look at the picture. The giant plus and minus signs and arrows cover the contents. The icon on the toolbar is also blank.
Don't waste your time. I think this software is abandonware as of Oct 2021.

All installed OK. But in the ebag window I get a message "Service Unavailable" HTTP Error503. The service is unavailable.
Any suggestions

Hi, I like your addon very much. I'd like to report a minor problem since SU5. Ebag icon in toolbar is empty, no "notepad" image anymore.

What a brilliant piece of SW.
I've been searching for something to bring flight plan screen grabs into MSFS in VR for the better part of a year, yet eBag has been here all along - no idea how I missed this. This app is ingenious in design, yet so simple to use.
Thanks Spit40 for your efforts, I've been trying to understand your code (I'm a complete coding novice) so that if in future it ever stops working, I can try to get it going again - and I'm in awe of how you have gone about this.
