Here's a simple Splash Screen to replace the MSFS 2024 Intro Video.

1. Simply extract the file to your base MSFS2024 folder and replace original file when asked.

Steam:

…Steam\steamapps\common\MSFS2024\VIDEOS\

MS Store:

…\Program Files\Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024\Content\

The Steam path isn't leading to a "Limitless" folder anymore (I think they changed that a while ago to \Steam\steamapps\common\MSFS2024\ ) and in this new main folder, there is no folder "fs-base-video" to replace.
EDIT:
You have to copy the file PressStartVideo-4K.mp4 into
Steam\steamapps\common\MSFS2024\VIDEOS\

Weird I don't have any payware codec. Just regular Windows 11 install. Works fine on my end. I'll update it with something else once I'm back from vacation

Edit: Updated to 1.1 with Codec H.264. Please let me know if it works!

It's an HEVC video. Needs a special payware codec
