    Beschreibung

    I'm happy to present an enhancement pack for Aerosoft's Berlin Brandenburg v2 Airport. The team made fantastic proggress from v1 version, but there were still few things worth adding.

    NOTAM

    This enhancement pack does not change nor modify the original scenery in any way. It only adds a lot of stuff to make it even better.

    NOTAM#2

    This enhancement will work with v1 version but is not 100% compatibile

    NOTAM #3

    This airport can be further enhanced by adding Christmas decorations available here

     

    Things added:

    - Airport illumination improved

    - Illumination around airport as this is missing completely

    - Lamps to nearby roads

    - Ground clutter, especially around winter servicing areas

    - Hazard lights to airport light masts and antennae

    A PLEA

    - If you see a problem, if something's not working, DO LET ME KNOW either in comments section of via private message. I can't fix the problem if I don't know about its existence

    - Follow the file. It's not for me, but for you. If the file is corrupt for some reason, or causes CTD, IT WILL be updated. If you don't follow the file, you will miss the updates and might be stuck with either incomplete or corrupt version.

     

    For those, who use drag and drop - drop into community folder together with airport files

    For those who use Addon Linker - have enhancement pack file active as well as the airport files

    The point of every enhancement I make is to improve illuminationas this buggs me like hell in this sim. All the additional stuff are just extras - clutter, traffic lights, lamps etc. I did not change any of the models in this scenery, it would go against my NOTAM #1

    There is other problem than visual enhancement of Aerosoft EDDB. The runways and taxiways are terribly bumpy in version 1 and 2. Almost unplayable. Probably after the WU. This should be fixed but Aerosoft ignores it.

    Send me a couple of screenshots and I'll check if I see these bumpy taxiways on my side and we'll try to work on it.

    I am afraid you wouldn't see anything on the screenshots. These bumps are not visible or distinct. But I tried again to taxi along the entire length of both runways and then to take off with my PMDG 738. It is possible but aircraft bumps severely during the procedure. It is strange that you have runways and taxiways of EDDB smooth.
