    Beschreibung

    A Mobiflight profile for the WinWing A320 FCU, based on Otyq's A32NX profile.

    Not all functions are possible due to the differences in the two FCUs, notably:

    • Velocity vector for the PFD is not possible
    • TAXI, WX, TERR and TRAF for the EFIS are not possible
    • ZOOM (OANS) and 640 ND range is not possible
    • TRUE/MAG is not possible

    ALT button (in place of EXPED on A320 FCU), and ADFs, are not presently implemented on the A380X, so disabled for now in the profile.

     

    Winwing FCU displays are fully supported.

    Supported since MobiFlight v10.3.

    The SimAppPro is not necessary and should not run in parallel.

    Important:

    View the animated image to see how to correctly assign the profile to your winwing fcu.
    Do not forget to save.
    Do not forget to press "Run" or set "AutoRun".

    Generally works, sadly screens are blank for me, too.
    As for WX, TERR and stuff - I'll try to adapt the profile the way the Ini A350 profile is set up. Where a long press on the corresponding button above on the EFIS triggers WX, TERR,..

    Yes, it has profiles for all 4 combinations.

    Great profile, thanks.
    But you might want to change the behaviour of the BARO lever. In the A380, Airbus applied the "Pull = i have control" / "Push = you have control" pattern also to the BARO lever. Meaning if you push it, it's set to STD, if you pull it, it's set to the inhg the pilot wants to set.

    I thought about that, but decided against it, since the physical knob says PULL STD, and doing the opposite would be confusing. Maybe somebody will make an A380 FCU one day.

    This profile used to work brilliantly for me without issues. However, now it seems that the displays are just blank all the time because MF doesn't recognize the LVARs or whatever it uses to get the data anymore. Everything else works flawlessly.

    Is this an FS24 issue or is there something wrong with the profile?

    Probably the profile. I'm not really using the A380X so I don't notice unfortunately. I will see if I can find somebody who does use it regularly to maintain the profile.

    Followed the gif but Winwing doesn't show up to assign in the options list (only my other peripherals). Help!

    I recommend asking for help on the MobiFlight discord (link above). They are good at knowing the common causes for things like this.
