    I am unable to set up as i have the installation in a different location and the normal path its not the same.

    Why would you want Fixed views when these are easier to set up

    Because usually custom camera's places the view in the fuselage, they don't work at times when downloading.

    Fixed views are significantly more convenient to access by only having to press the 'insert' key. You can also scroll through them using A & shift+a. Pressing alt+(number) while also dealing with the plane in some cases (e.g on final) can be very inconvenient.
    They also don't have a transition animation so they change instantly and I find the game performs better using them as well. That's why, at least personally, I prefer fixed views.
