The Segelfluggelände Teck (Gliding field Teck) is a small airfield in the south of Germany.

It is located at the northern foot of the Teck mountain, on the rise of the Swabian Alb at 370m (1214ft) MSL. Due to its excellent thermal conditions, this airfield belongs to one of the most gliding intensive areas in the world. It is also one of the most historic gliding sites, as pioneers such as Wolf Hirth conducted flight tests here as early as the 1920s.

Unfortunately, this historic airfield is missing in the base game of the simulator, which is why it should now come into the game.

The glider field is only allowed for gliders, motor gliders and ultralights. Motor pilots are limited to the Nabern-Teck airfield (EDTN), which is 400 meters away. However, Nabern airfiled is included in the base game and is not part of this package.

Attention: To find the airfield in the simulator, a fictional ICAO code, EDS7 has been assigned.
