Simply download and copy the CFG file to %AppData%\Roaming\Microsoft Flight Simulator\SimObjects\Airplanes\FNX_319_IAE (or FNX_319_CFM)
For GAMEPASS PLAYERS ONLY the file directory will be %localappdata%\Packages\Microsoft.FlightSimulator_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalCache\SimObjects\Airplanes\FNX_319_IAE (or FNX_319_CFM)
