Sorry, I don't know if I'm in the right place. At 87, I'm not really up to date anymore. I probably came across this email address by chance. I would also be happy to donate more than a "coffee" to the developer of the add-ons mentioned above if this program came with good information on installation. So far I've always unpacked with WinZip, but here it only works with WinRar. So if anyone can give me a tip or hint on installation, I'll send €5 or more to Paypal friends. I hope it works.

Dear Peter, installing this livery is actually quite simple. In the community folder there should be a folder called: pmdg-aircraft-77w-liveries. Then go to Simobjects and then Airplanes. The livery folder is then inserted there. With Winrar you can drag it directly from the Winrar window into this folder. Then go back to pmdg-aircraft... The layout generator that is included should now be on your desktop, then drag the layout.json file from the folder onto the generator, then a black window will open briefly. If everything is correct, this window will disappear immediately and you can start.
But it's all actually in the readme that should be included.
