    Beschreibung

    Important! World Update 18 introduced some terrain issues near the radome. My update removes the sunken in terrain around smaller buildings in the Aerosoft scenery. However it cannot completely resolve the problem. Please do not complain as only Aerosoft as creater of the addon can solve the issue with an update. Until then, this fix probably is the best solution.

    There are no terrain issues when using the freeware by SkyDesign. My mod works with both sceneries!

     

    We love VFR duplicates the radome at Wasserkuppe if using the payware scenery by Aerosoft or the freeware by Skydesign, which can be found here:

    This fix removes the duplicate We love VFR radome and adds a few paragliders as a bonus.

     

    Installation

    Unzip the file into your community folder. Add the dependency below if you want the paragliders displayed.

    Thank you for the great work. It makes the scenery living!
    But after installing the fix today the white Radom doesn’t appear. Only the stake antennas are visible.

    Hallo Andreas, vielen Dank für die Bewertung! Hast Du das letzte Update verwendet? Nutzt Du die Aerosoft- oder die SkyDesign-Szenerie? Hast Du ggf. den Namen des Ordners geändert? Der fängt am besten mit zzz an, damit er als letzter lädt. Ansonsten funktioniert er ggf. nicht richtig. Dass gar kein Radom da ist, ist natürlich nicht das gewünschte Ergebnis.

    Hallo, habe die Datei heute erst runtergeladen. Müsste daher aktuell sein.
    Ich habe eine Stairport Scenery von EDER aus dem MSFS Store.
    Installiert istt der urspr. Name mit zzz...
    We love VFR Reg.1 ist auch installiert.

    Stimmt, da gibt es ja noch eine... Die Stairport-Szenerie habe ich leider nicht, deshalb kann ich meinen Fix dazu nicht kompatibel machen. Ich muss dazu ein Exclude-Rechteck platzieren und zwar immer so, dass ich damit den einen Radom erwische, den anderen nicht. Das geht auch nur, wenn diese nicht am exakt gleichen Punkt platziert sind. Der Radom von Stairport liegt wahrscheinlich irgendwo innerhalb meines Exclude-Rechtecks. Aber da ich die Szenerie nicht habe, kann ich wie gesagt nichts machen. Ich kann aber die kostenlose Szenerie von SkyDesign sehr empfehlen. Die ist mit Ausnahme eines Gebäudekomplexes sogar besser und detaillierter als die Aerosoft-Szenerie.

    Habe gerade gesehen, dass die Stairport-Szenerie die ist, die von Aerosoft vermarktet wird. Wir sprechen also doch von der selben und der Fix sollte funktioneren. Hast Du noch andere Add-Ons in der Gegend, die das vielleicht beeinflussen könnten? Dazu müssen Sie ggf. nicht in der Nähe sein. Hatte ich auch schon mal. Am besten mal das ganze nur mit Stairport Wasserkuppe und We Love VFR im Community Ordner testen und alles andere raus lassen.

    This seems pretty weird, excluding WeLoveVFR landmarks are usually not a problem... ?

    Indeed, I had more luck with another one. On Wasserkuppe the WLVFR radome even disappeared in developer mode but kept coming back once the fix was loaded in. I tried many times but didn't find out what's the problem so doing it this way was the only alternative unfortunately.

    Not yet but removing stuff is always done with exclusion rectangles. It's always a matter of how the scenery is designed if it's possible but yes, I will ask. Maybe we can fix it together.
