OLD COMMENT:
Loaded up at a heavy gate with the PMDG B738.
When boarding, my flight attendants fell through the plane and landed on the tarmac underneath it. The front baggage handler reversed back into itself while approaching the plane for boarding. Then, pushback didn't work at all. I called for pushback and nothing happened so I had to do it myself.
Passenger boarding, catering and refueling went fine, though.

Likewise for the vehicle pathing, it has been brought to the devs' attention that it's something which needs to be fixed and is in the works but for now - not something I, as a profile creator, can control.
Pushbacks not being available is an intended feature as irl these gates are self manouvering and aircraft start engines on stand and taxi out themselves.
