In every file after using it says; The process can't access the file because it's being accessed by someone else. Nothing is cleaned or removed.

The ""%appdata%\Microsoft Flight Simulator\cache\0\" folders you're looking for can also be in "%localappdata%\Packages\Microsoft.FlightSimulator_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalState\cache\0"
Also - I find clearing Scenery Indexes helps too. They're here for me (MS Store version): "%localappdata%\Packages\Microsoft.FlightSimulator_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalCache\SceneryIndexes". They will be rebuilt on the next MSFS restart.
