    Beschreibung

    This is a repaint package for the TFDi Design MD-11 in colours of Swissair Mini Fleet - grey Design.

    The following registrations are included:

    HB-IWA (Obwalden), HB-IWB (Graubünden), HB-IWC (Schaffhausen), HB-IWD (Thurgau), HB-IWE (Nidwalden), HB-IWF (Vaud),
    HB-IWH (St. Gallen), HB-IWI (Uri), HB-IWK (Fribourg), HB-IWL (Appenzell), HB-IWM (Jura), HB-IWO (Schwyz), HB-IWP (Basel-Land), 
    HB-IWQ (Valais), HB-IWR (Bern), HB-IWS (Ticino), HB-IWT (Basel), HB-IWU (Luzern)

     

    To reduce file size I have added a 'livery' called 'Swissair grey Commons'

    In MSFS 2020 it doesn't show up in the sim menu intentionally.

    In MSFS 2024 it shows up and can be used as HB-IWA

    Installation via Drag and Drop:

    1: Extract the *.zip file to a temporary location, ie desktop
    2: Insert the folder 'tfdidesign-md11-swr-commons' and at least one of the registration folders e.g. 'tfdidesign-md11-swr-hbiwb' into your community folder
    3: Start MSFS, choose the installed livery and enjoy!
    4: Leave the 'Swissair grey Commons' installed as long as you use this pack, as shared textures are stored there needed for all liveries of this package.

    Hello Alex,
    I love your liveries - Brings back a blast from the past.
    Just a very small Detail - The Adress on the Certificate should be Hirschengraben 84, 8001 Zürich :-) That was the official HQ back in Swissair Days.Obstgarten is Swiss.

    Thanks for your feedback. I might change the address, just weird I can't find anything on it, no priority there atm as I need to update a lot of other liveries as well.

    First of all thank you very much for your work.
    I've read the comments, but could you do one livery with the GE engines? You don't have to do a whole fleet, just one. I mean i get that Swissair only had the PW variant, but that variant probably won't come out in at least a couple weeks or even months. I really want to fly Swissair.

    Also, just out of curiousity, how did you even take these screenshots if the variant isn't even published yet? ^^

    I am one of the CE members, we´ve got the PW version already. Originally this livery was published as GE, so I may add it. If you subscribe to the livery you will know once I updated it.
    I can add the whole fleet rather easy as I use a special method to get those large livery packs working, it's just a quick change for me.

    Nothing wrong neither on your or on my side. The liveries aren't shown because they are made for the PW variant, which you don't have atm.

    Well that's pretty normal. The liveries are made for the PW variant which isn't currently included.
