Ok.. I see the problem.. Once you download the file you need to go to the "Packages" folder and copy the "mazermart-mazermodels" to your community folder.

My mistake..

If you aren't using MSFS Addon Linker, I totally use it all the time because it does a great job of managing what addons are on your "Community" Drive. With a single click of the checkbox, you can add or remove any airport, livery, or scenery library. So, for example, if you are not flying to any of my airport projects, you don't need to tie up your comminity folder with my scenery library.

Hi.. download it to your community folder. If you have a file linking app, then you can save it to your folder, in which you have other libraries, and then make sure this is linked when opening or creating scenery. :)

As I understand it, If you add items to your scenery from any library or airport, then other users also would need the original library or airport to view the objects.

This site decided not to allow more additional files to be downloaded with an airport, so I have to offer it this way instead of as part of the airport.
