Hi, your mod looks amazing! I hope you add more like this in other locations. Although, would you please consider renaming your modellib.bgl files to something unique for each mod? This is to prevent mod conflicts and CTD's where the sim will look for the folder path: scenery-global-scenery and then read the modellib.bgl files in alphabetical order, if any have the same name however, the sim will choose just one file for a bunch of mods.

Amending what I said below after the Icon engine update. It would be nice to see a few more of these homes up the coast in various cities hopable by the Icon A5. Like a house in Ft. Lauderdale, next a house in Boca Raton, then Palm Beach (not to be confused with West Palm Beach). Maybe one more in the Jupiter Florida area all sitting in the inlet river area.

Credit, where credit is due, this is a great idea! I'd like to see more like this, but I cannot rate 5 stars, because you've taken some extreme high poly model and done no optimisation to it and plonked it here, this causes the FPS to drop by 50-60% you can remove like 99% of the vertices and still would look great and perform better!

You should do something like this for the whole Star Island. Maybe some canal locations in Ft. Lauderdale as well. Great job!
