The aircraft carrier will not be displayed unless you copy the onestore / asobo-landingchallenge-carrier folder from MSFS2020.
Kinetic Assistant does not work, but you can launch from Catapult with the following tool.

( Known issues )
I've heard that the arresting wire on the FS2020 carrier doesn't work, in which case you can use "Kinetic Assistant" to stop the aircraft. ( Even for aircraft without arresting hooks )

Top Gun Maverick : Expansion (FS2020 Default free)  is required if you want to add Aircraft Carrier.

There is a little flickering.
Aircraft carriers have no special functions.  It's an object that just take off and land.

If you want to catapult launch from an aircraft carrier and land using a hook, you can do so with freeware " Kinetic Assistant " .
( 1: press the connect button   2: Takeoff - Catapult  button, Parking Brake set ON / Landing - Arrestor  button )
