    Install by copying the unzipped files into the Community folder.

    You can also use add-on install tools since there is only one file to download.

     

    You can combine this with the recommended dependencies to extend the area.

    Improved LODs = 4x smaller tiles -> Higher details from distances and smoother transitions.
    Precision exclusion of unwanted water, forests, parks, etc.

    looks very nice indeed (until reaching ground level where the ugly photogrammetry kicks in). Could you perhaps do this for my hometown (Kempten in Southern Germany) too? It's soooooo ugly in MSFS (simply missing all churches and other important buildings etc.). Would be much appreciated ;-)

    I think the add-on is basically okay. However, what bothers me is that the colors and contrast don’t match the rest of the landscape. You can clearly see the boundary between what has been modeled by the add-on and what comes from Microsoft. Nevertheless, I think it’s a great piece of work. I’ll wait a bit longer, though, because I don’t like it quite enough yet. It especially has a bit of a strong red tint.

    Thank you for the less than helpful response. I installed in exactly the same way as your other Swiss sceneries and they all work fine. I have tried both the low res and high res versions (separately) with the same result. I normally use Addons Linker but also tried putting it straight into my MSFS2024 community folder but still nothing showing.

    I enjoyed this scenery in MSFS 2020 and have recently downloaded the 2024 version but only default scenery is visible. I have tried it on its own and in addition to the adjoining areas (Emmen, Horw etc) when the other areas show but not Lucerne itself - see screenshot. I have re-downloaded in case of an error in the first one and have what appears to be the correct 3.57 GB file.

    You can combine this with https://flightsim.to/file/90558/kriens-switzerland to extend the area. Additionally, you can mix and match HQ (High Quality) and LQ (Low Quality) versions as you prefer.

    Nice. Please remove the Photogrametry of the "Kapellbrücke" The Bridge in the city center. Otherwise it looks good.

    Complete overhaul from scratch. Forests and water removed for optimization. Duplicate stadium deleted to prevent conflicts. Enhanced castle model (more upgrades coming!). Note: The removed forests will cause terrain issues with other regional add-ons. For now, use this scenery alone or avoid the affected areas until other developers update their work.
