This is a great starting point. But can you please educate me how to import this model in blender? I am trying to convert a couple of my twin otter liveries for this aircraft as well. But I am failing to import the model in blender so that I can paint over it. If you are not using blender, can you please tell me which tools can I use?

It's recommended you use 2.92 but I am using 3.4.1 without any problems.

Ah.. Got it.. Silly me. I was trying to import the official livery model from the atr 72 folder. I found the correct model now. Thank you for your help.

Thanks to both of you citadelskies and abhishek_dey, you've clarify some questions I was wondering. Just one more (I hope) Where is the correct model located?. I guess files to be imported belong to this blank model.

The models can be found in Official\OneStore\microsoft-aircraft-atr\SimObjects\Airplanes\Microsoft_ATR_Common\model this location.. I used only ATR_42_600_LOD01.gltf and ATR_72_600_LOD01.gltf models to import in blender.

Hey there, thanks for making this! I just bought one of these in the FSEconomy world, and was wondering, would it be possible for you to make an all black version too? And would a custom reg field be possible? If not just an all black version would be awesome!!

Thanks for the kind words Dan. I can make an all-black version (custom reg field may be possible), although I do have a bit of a backlog at the moment.
If able, make a request here: https://flightsim.to/requests/liveries and I will accept it from there. That way you can track my progress and get notifications when I get around to it.

Hi Dan,
I did not forget about you… Just uploaded all-black liveries (branded as Vantablack) for the ATR 42 and 72. Custom reg unfortunately not possible, but I would love to hear what tail numbers you’d like to see in a future update!
