    1)if previously installed, remove the original mod "HGU68_helmet" from /community folder
    2)install either "xHGU68_USAF_helmet" OR "xHGU68_USN_helmet" in the /community folder, NOT BOTH

    Besides putting the file in the Community Folder, what else do I have to do to get the white helmet to appear? Do I have to select the Pete avatar? Is it a particular F18 livery? Asobo livery only?

    you'll need to pick the lt simon/diana avatar which will appear in airplanes that support asobo default avatars.
