Better Hannover
It began with a Fix for some Bridges and Trees, but now its actually much more than a Light Addon for Hannover.
I dont like the lighting from above for some Buildings. I prefer a more realistic Lighting for Buildings like in reality.
I ve tried to add some reflected Light from the Nearby Underground like Streets and Water or other Buildings.
I will add more Lights in future Versions. Thsi Addon has also some Helicopter Pads on Hospitals.

I have fixed some Bridges, Trees in Buildings and Light in the City of Hannover.

SU12 Notice: Water excludes are buggy at the Moment and do not properly exclude water at all bridges. I hope Asobo will fix it soon.
Install :
After unzip, just copy in your community folder.

Hallo Paul, ich hoffe Dir gefällt der Mod, ich werde mal versuchen Hubschrauber - landeplätze (Siloah) einzubauen. Mal sehen ob es klappt. Auch habe ich vor langfristig die Brücken zu ersetzen.

Thank you for this nice addon.
Just a remark: Your layout.json contains a link to a file scenery/global/scenery/modelLib.BGL" which can cause CTDs (crashes to desktop). The fix would be to give the mentioned file "modelLib.BGL" an unique name like for example "modelLibBetterHannover.BGL" and adjust layout.json accordingly.

I just downloaded the newest version but there it is not yet fixed....
Probably the fix did not find the way into the package?

Hello Johe2312, i checked the scenery but i cant see any Problems. Everything is working fine (Please take a look at my new Screenshots). But there is a well known Problem with the SU12 Update. Some Bridges are still underwater.. They have to fix this.
Do you have the DLC from FSDG, Landmarks of Germany/ Niedersachsen?
That can cause conflicts with my Mod.

Sorry, you did misunderstand me - I don't actualy have a problem with your scenery but for each new scenery I use to check layout.json for that known kind of probable CTD problems (because in the last years such cases also for me produced a lot of CDTs). So the change of this one bgl-file-name is just a fix that I use anytime, to prevent problems.
The reason is, that MSFS uses the "scenery/global/scenery/modelLib.BGL" one time really on a global position and if more than one community addon uses an equal relative path MSFS searches for that file on the first position where it is referenced in all addons which can confuse MSFS by hanging on missing objects.
I found the information about it inside the Microsoft forum for MSFS:

This Addon for the Default Photogrammetry of Hannover include better Nightlighting and some Helipads, Treefix and will correct some problems with Bridges. I added some 3D Objects on different Places in the City to make Landings with the helicopter more challenging..

deine Scenery verursacht Fehler in der Justsim EDDV Scenery. Dort werden auf einmal die Parkhäuser nicht mehr angezeigt. Sehr schade, kannst du mal schauen ob du irgendwo am HAJ was platziert hast?
