Enhance Niigata Airport Scenery made by digson.
Reproduction of runway slope.
Modified runways and taxiways moved to accommodate RESA.
Change PAPI objects.
Change RTHL object.
Change REDL object.
Add tire skid marks.
Add aerial image.
Adjust the position of PAPI and markings on the runway to match the new aerial image.
Rename the folders so that they are in the same order as in the example below.

To enable the new aerial image, you need to rename the CGL folder in digson's airport scenery to CGL_ etc.

Also, the old white runway markings are still semi-visible under the yellow ones - is that intended?
