    Beschreibung

    British Airways G-DOCL (Chatham Dockyard) for PMDG 737-800.

    British Airways used to operate Boeing 737 Classic series in Europe between 1988-2015. Sadly there is no 737 Classic addon for MSFS at the moment and existing BA liveries for PMDG 738 were African Comair ones, so I created this semi-fictional European 737-800 version by myself.

    Original G-DOCL was a Boeing 737-400 that BA operated 1992-2014. Today this plane is still flying as a converted freighter for Northern Air Cargo.

     

    Installation: extract the .zip file and install included .ptp via PMDG Ops Center V2.

    Feel free to give feedback for improving the livery in further versions.

    Well first PMDG would have to create that variant, which sadly they won't (stupid decision really seeing as they had non-winglet on all other versions of their 737 line up).

    Thank you so much for producing this fantastic and very high quality livery, this is by far the best BA livery for the 737 available! I have also downloaded your 737-600 BA livery pack with and without the black nose ring. It would be great to also have this for the 800 :) I noticed when selecting the WiFi antenna options, they appear blue, would it be possible to have them appear as white? Thank you!!!!!

    Any chance of doing a version without that black ring on the nose, I find it spoils your otherwise great livery, even if you use a different registration.

    For some reason I can't get the black ring on nose perfect. During the painting process in Blender the ring looks ok but when you look it up close in MSFS it's always bit deformed. I still wanted to include it, because it's a quite prominent feature in BA's 737's.

    But I will look into that, most probably I will make a version with another reg and without the black ring. :)
