Please forgive me, I am not sure what the purpose of these sceneries are? Do they enhance buildings, terrain, roadways and such? I dont mean for that to come across wrong, so please forgive me, I just want to know if these uploads are going to enhance my experience! :)

Yes they do bring some more "definition" on the buildings :-) usually up to LOD 20. To tell you the truth, if you fly over with airbus / Boeing you will not notice the difference. The details are visible only when you go closer :-)
