To install it, unzip the file. Open PMDG operation center. Go to the Aircraft & Liveries tab and scroll down to Liveries Utilities.
At the bottom left you will see Install from PTP files.
Select the file you decompressed previously and you're done. The texture will not appear in the Operation Center but it will be in your MSFS hangar.

Pour l'installer, décompressez le fichier. Ouvrir PMDG opération center. Allez, dans l'onglet Aircraft & liveries et descend dans liveries utilities.
En bas à gauche, tu verras Install from PTP files.
Sélectionner le fichier que tu as décompressé précédemment et le tour est joué. La texture n'apparaitra pas dans le Operation center mais elle sera dans ton hangar MSFS.

PS would it be possible to do a version without the metal colored part at the main cargo door? so that it also is painted like the rest of the fuselage?

I'm creating a version without the metal plate under the cargo door.
In addition, making a few updates.
I know this is a nitpick, but the livery that has "Synchronizing the world of commerce" is the old livery...and has the older UPS logo on the tail with the reflection in the upper left corner. The logo on UnitDeath's paint should use this one since it is the old livery. The one used on his paint is the new logo (without the reflection), and for the this livery, the "Synchronizing the world of commerce" should not be there as UPS has stopped using it on the current livery.
My paint will use the special UPS logo font where the lower case "d" is a little different and slight, other changes. You can find this font on the web called Dax. You have to modify it just a bit (its a little too tall), but easy to to. Here is a pic of the work in progress for the font on the front of the fuselage

I still need to adjust the yellow color (way too bright), but in this pic, you see that UPS also drops a little ® logo on the tail by the main logo.

Finally, and this is only included to help UnitDeath should he elect to keep the old livery and change the tail logo to the old version.
One other thing to change on the "Synchronizing the world of commerce"...the Dax font will also include the proper "g" in the word...you can see it uses the fancy lower curve on the actual aircraft.
I painted this UPS 747 years ago for UPSVA and they pointed this same mistake I made on my 1st UPS paint, hehe. The things you learn about liveries when you paint them enough. :) Here is a comparison pic of the real one and what I was painting:

J'apprends quelque chose de nouveau avec chaque peinture que je semble faire, hehe. J'ai fait plusieurs UPS au fil des ans et les pilotes d'UPSVA ne tardent pas à signaler mes erreurs, LOL.

Thank you for your liveries however you are using the wrong paint kit for the BCF liveries. You have used the BDSF paint kit for the BCF if you look at the main cargo door the hinges do not match as BDSF is further forward than on the BCF this is on all your BCF paints.
