Hi everyone! I'd like to present to you UHPP - Yelizovo - Petropavlovsk-Kamchatskiy Intl. Airport which is also a base airport for Russian Air Defence Forces of the Pacific Fleet.

     Simply download and drop the file into your \LocalCache\Packages\Community folder.

     Changes and Fixes made:

          - RWY 16R-34L is operational and has properly working ILS, proper lighting systems, VASI, etc, etc

          - ILS Frequencies for RWY 34L: 108.7 / RWY 16R: 109.9

          - RWY 16L-34R is closed for reconstruction

          - Runways, taxiways and parkings have proper materials and colors, matching IRL.

          - Civil parkings and gates have proper numbers

          - A few military cargo parkings added close to a runway (called it "Eastern Parking")

          - Most of buildings, such as fuel depots, fire station, control towers, terminals, etc, etc. are on their actual IRL places, even though they are not photo-accurate.

          - Vegitaion is properly scattered all around the airport

    The airport's RWY is 3400m long and can accept Super Heavy Airplanes. The location of the airport is perfect for refueling if you fly Americas - Asia route, not to mention the opportunity of seeing the beauty of Kamchatka's Volcanoes.

That's the first version (1.0) of the airport and there is still a lot to be improved. The idea is to make the airport as close to IRL as possible by using default assets, buildings, etc, etc. to keep it very FPS friendly and the size of the file small. The only unique thing I added is MiG-31.
