You can't, you have to put the engines.cfg file into the plane you want. You have to go to the plane's folder in either your community folder or the OneStore folder, then you have to navigate to "\SimObjects\Airplanes\" within that folder, then paste the "engines.cfg" into that folder, Windows will ask you if you want to replace the file in that destination with the same name, click yes.

Just a heads up, you have to manually install it which didn't realize at first. Outstanding mod, lots of fun.
