    *** REQUIRES JAVA RUNTIME ENVIRONMENT VERSION 21 OR NEWER - INCLUDED IN DOWNLOAD! ***

    The tool generates all the directories and files needed, including default single color images, to compile a bush mission, landing challenge or discovery flight. Supply your own Bing Maps or Goole Maps API key and you will get nicer images! The input file is a single text or XLSX file containing waypoint names, coordinates, generic mission data, nav log texts, etc. It can be generated by the tool from an existing flight plan (PLN file exported from Little Navmap) or from a sample file. Waypoints can also be read from a Little Navmap file (.LNMPLN) where navlog texts are present in the comments. There are many options to use to trigger failures, warnings, play WAV files or TTS and much more. Now even airport/runway creation is included! See the manual for information about how to use BMG and all its possibilites.

    Please contribute by sending bug reports and feature requests. BMG is totally free to use and no registration is necessary! But if you want to donate money, buy me a couple of beers or even give me a copy of your creation would be highly appreciated and motivating. Especially if you create successful payware.     Good stuff, but sadly since it takes Satelite pictures, for EU people, google API is not working. Bing API is not available anymore and Azure will cost money after some time. "Your request cannot be served because satellite and hybrid map types are not available for your account and region. Learn more here: https://developers.google.com/maps/comms/eea/maps-static."

    Having the option to just use Maps without runway satelite pictures would help

    Would love to have the option just to put in the "maps" without the satellite pictures, or no pictures at all (and I dislike the placeholders, to be honest)

    Thank you f99mlu! Your work is fantastic!

    It will download regular maps just fine, but since after the first map (which works) a satellite picture of the first Airport would be downloaded, it errors out. So just removing the requirement to download the satellite pictures would be enough (as an Option would be nice, but a prompt would be good enough, too)

    Hi again Lamandus! I have now published a new BMG version (5.17) and there is a new option in the Settings dialog to disable Google Maps satellite images. I tried it out myself and it worked here. Please try it out and see if it works to your satisfaction. BR f99mlu

    Omg... what a bummer. Seems like TextureLib is only available to use in MSFS 2024.. and that is what I only tested in. Can you confirm that you are using the MSFS 2020 SDK compiler? BR f99mlu

    Hi, I think the issue I have has not been covered here yet. Instead of the text that I set for "subleg text" fields, in the EFB in MSFS2024 I only see a string of text like "[missionname].Mission.[a correlative number] --> test-mission.Mission.7, test-mission.Mission.8, test-mission.Mission.9 ...
    The POI pictures are not shown either.
    I guess this is an issue of MSFS2024, right?

    Update with other features I am missing: at the first screen, after chosing the bush trip, when the description and the different legs are shown, there are no "little pictures" at the bottom of the screen showing the different airfields involved in the trip.

    UPDATE: I have been looking for extra information regarding these issues, and I see that it is, indeed, an issue of MSFS2024: https://forums.flightsimulator.com/t/why-were-bush-trips-totally-removed/664858/129

    Hi Luismi_1984! Thank you for your messages! Yeah, there are quite severe bugs and missing functionality in MSFS 2024 when it comes to bush trips.. sadly. But for every SU we hope some things are fixed.. and not only broken as now hehe.. SU4 broke those labels in the EFB. Let us hope they bring them back in SU5 again. You could try using:

    Hi, I thought the latest SU5 update would fix these problems, but I understand it didn't, is that correct? No POI pictures and no POI descriptions (subleg text from the input file). Or am I missing some functionality in the latest Bush Mission Gen updates?
