Scenery update for Dodge Island, aka Port of Miami and Cruise Ship Terminal.  Scenery includes port cranes, container ships, containers, fishing ships and barges.  This should be a nice upgrade for those planning on flying AAL into/out of Miami when the Leonardo MD80 comes out later this week.
