There are 2 different creators for the 747 in MSFS. Asobo & Salty 747.

Sounds like you have the 747 from Asobo. When looking at liveries on here check to make sure you have the right version of the aircraft for the skin. They usually have it labeled at the top above the title of the livery. Liveries for Asobo 747s will usually say Boeing 747-8 & liveries for Salty 747s will usually say Salty Simulations B747-8. Hope this helps!
