Ian Fleming International Airport - Oracabessa, St Ann, Jamaica.
Ian Fleming International, formerly Boscobel Airstrip. Over the past couple of years, hearing the news that American Airlines has inked a deal with the Jamaican Government, I thought it would be fitting to complete this airport for all the simmers that wanted to experience the fun approach into runway 09 as the current AA pilots are doing.
This airport is named after the famous writer for the James Bond series Ian Fleming who had a home in the bay just off the end of runway 27. It is the second international airport to sit on the north coast of Jamaica, Sangster International being the first. Many people will say the airport is in Ocho Rios, but this is not true. It's actually situated in the parish of St. Mary, just outside the town of Oracabessa, which is very close to Ocho Rios.

Note: MSFS2020 users can download the older 2.2 version. The 3.1 version is only compatible with MSFS2024.

MKBS Airport
- Full airport replacement.
- Replaced: Runways, taxiways, aprons, and parking spots.
- Replaced: Default auto generated buildings with default Asobo building closely matching real world buildings.
- Added: Vegetation around the airfield to better represent real life.
- Terraforming. Terraformed several areas of the airport to better match real world elevation.
- Added: Perimeter fencing around the entire airport.
- Added: clutter and vehicles to further enhance the immersion.

10KB, only default assets I guess, no custom buildings?

No custom buildings yet. My aim is to atleast have all the airports handcrafted like taxiways and runways etc as the default leaves much to be desired. Once that's out of the way, custom buildings are in the plans for all the airports I do. MKKJ has a custom building but no textures at the moment as that part takes a lot of hours, especially with limited reference photos. So if any one has any for any ja location that would be a big help.
