Don't know if Mark is using the Google Earth Decoder tool
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sP7oQaKPTlo but I had a go at creating my own sceneries using an early version of the tool and had the exact same problem. After I loaded the models from the tool into 3dsmax I saw that the mesh normals were set incorrectly explaining the weird colouring at different times of the day.
After I downloaded a more recent version of the tool all sceneries now look fine and all of the blue has gone...

Thanks again for a really nice place. I like Bournemouth very much. However, I am at a loss and could need some advice, when it comes to your sceneries. Because while they seem to look fine on your screenshots, when I load them up they all look completely blue.
Previously I had a scenery with Bournmouth landmarks installed which looked fine. When I first loaded up your scenery I deactived the old one and found everything has turned blue. Then reactivated the old landmarks to see how they compared with yours. I've made some screenshots.

I encountered this problem exclusively with your sceneries strangely enough. And I practically have every photogrammetry scenery made by you, Dax87, Troglodytus, Thalixte, Comolas, carllevx and limandrope among others.
It is even more noticeable when viewed against the sun. Tried reworking the textures too (they look fine as well). But no success. Even if I get the to look well in the sunlight, they always turn blue in the shadows. Any ideas?
