    RAF Mildenhall, still a work in progress, lots of hangars replaced, mil cargo parking added. static KC10, KC135 and v-22's added.

    i have included a version without the current statics as per a community request, only install one version of the other.

    I don’t understand why, but I can’t see the SR-71 inside the hangar; there are only the two little guys working on a phantom airplane xD

    that is very weird as the SR-71 in the left hand hangar is a static scenery model, i have not used any phantoms in the scenery at all

    Yes, it’s really strange. I tried several times with different configurations and it doesn’t show up. I also have the Japanese scenario, and there I can see it normally LOL

    Thank you so much for uploading this new version of Mildenhall. The SR-71 hangers look great and are not to low! I managed to taxi in without a mishap! It's an incredible plane, hope you get the chance to fly it soon. Happy new year!

    I was just going to ask the same thing as kewals! Maybe with a static SR-71a waiting in the hanger! Awesome. I should also add the scenery looks brilliant , as all your material does. Thanks

    Ok so the talented DeadJen made the hangar last night, can you test it and see if it is tall enough as i don't own the SR-71 so i am unable to test, it is an easy fix to make it taller if needed.

    Hi Nick. SR-71 is out in MSFS2024 from Blackbird Simulations. I wonder if it would be possible to update the 2 Mildenhall hangars for SR-71 with doors open? Would the hangars from your other airbase work , from Amari Air Base - EEEI - Estonia ? Not sure if they are too small - if it is not too difficult to scale them up if need be. Anyway top class job with all your work.

    Amazing work! One question, what scale do you set for the KC-10? I'm curious to know, because I would not want it to be too big or too small for the military section of my airport.

    i didn't set a scale, i added the flyable KC10 as a simobject and scaled the model up to that so they were the same, its amazing how big the aircraft actually is IRL, i have an actual KC 10 from fsx but if you add this one in your community folder you can scale it to this if you first place this down from the sim objects - https://flightsim.to/file/90477/mcdonnell-douglas-md-11f
