Anacortes is located in the Pacific North between Seattle and Vancouver. The small coastal town in Washington State, U.S., is situated near the border to Canada. It is only a short flight to get to the San Juan Islands, Friday Harbor and Orcas Island from here. There is also a good scenery pack for the San Juan Islands available created by Wookie042.
The airport has a 3015x60 ft lighted runway and is approached by San Juan Airlines, but regular General Aviation Traffic can also be found here.
I have never been to Anacortes and it was difficult to find pictures of the airfield. The Default-Scenery in MSFS is not ideal. The Bing maps are pretty bad and the auto-generated buildings did not match the picture. Therefore I've built the scenery with Asobo Assets according to my own idea and added a new high resolution aerial image. Enjoy the scenery and if you find any major issues please let me know.

Installation
Copy the saigonjinn-anacortes1 folder inside of the zip file into your MSFS Community folder.
If you have not previously installed these libraries in your Community folder, some objects may not be visible in your sim.

A simple terraforming mod that works with this scenery mod corrects the 'hole' MSFS has buried the runway in is available here

I too have the "runway pit" issue, but the airport looks great otherwise. Hopefully this can get fixed soon.

Desperately needs updating for the latest SU to fix the terrain.

Same here unfortunately. There parking is sloping steeply down towards the runway for some reason. I hope it's possible to fix this.

Asobo's Anacortes is ridden with terrain strangeness without this airport addon installed so it must be the Sim indeed. Lets hope it gets resolved :) Such a nice area to fly, this area :)

Looks like the last sim update broke your wonderful scenery. The terrain is totally messed up.

I noticed that to.....what could they have possibly done to mess that up. Its like the terrain is inverted.
