This New scenery was requested. Based on images & online information.
Located on the Isle of Dogs, the Heliport provides the most efficient route into Canary Wharf and Central London.
Basic Heliport scenery with "some artistic Licence", but does the job. Runway 06 Hot starts, Parking 3 cold starts. Night "Flood" Lighting Added for 24hr operation. ICAO - SPLV is Fictitious.

Be aware that generally the msfs London scenery appears to be very processor hungry! My PC struggles sometimes.
All original msfs models etc used.
Installation - After unzipping, place the complete "sac-airport-splv-london-vanguard-heliport" folder
into your MSFS community folder.

Looks great. I Googled to look at real photos, and it looks the same to me. I have Orbx London Skyline and there is no conflict. It works perfectly with it.
