Located in Pyrzowice, about 33 kilometers north of Katowice city center.
It has one of the longest runways available in Poland, measuring 3200 meters long and 45 meters wide.
In terms of the number of passengers checked in and in terms of the number of flight operations, it ranks fourth among Polish airports

In 2021 the amount of cargo transported was 32 104 tons in comparison to 2020 it is more than 11k tons more
There were 4642 takeoffs and landings
In 2023 it is planned to build a second cargo terminal

What it includes:
LIDAR 2m terrain, hangars, terminal, 2 spotters platforms, radar, VOR, tower with simple interior, cargo terminal, terminal B interior, custom apron and taxiway markings, moxy hotel, new hangar with opening doors

Pod względem liczby odprawianych pasażerów oraz pod względem liczby operacji lotniczych znajduje się na czwartym miejscu wśród polskich portów lotniczych
