TNCC Curacao Willemstad Hato Intl. airport version 0.2.0

The standard airport TNCC in MSFS2020 was not complete so I did some work on it to fix some things
This scenery is suitable for use with Internet ATC (like VATSIM or IVAO).
It includes the runway, parkings, taxiways, apron and some airport traffic vehicles.

In the package:
- All taxiways, gates with jetways and stands updated from standard MSFS2020
- Taxiway lights added / updated
- Nightlight at the apron
- Fiction: holding point names A1 and A2 added at start of runway 11
- Fiction: apron roads are for the fun (airport traffic activities)
- Fiction: Fuel stand at south-east on apron
- Tested on MSFS2020 version v1.38.2.0

Not in the package but using the standards:
- ATC Communications
- NAV systems
- Buildings

Airport docs: Navigraph / Jeppesen

Installation:
Just place the folder "TNCC Willemstad Hato Intl by MSL FS-Creations" into the community folder, delete the older one.
If there is an other scenery for TNCC in the community folder, than it can give problems
Startup the sim and explore

Known issues:
- The jetway for gate 1 is not connected to a building because I did not add buildings (fixed in version 0.2.0)
- Stand arrow signs along taxiway A are in yellow instead of black, compiler issue
