This is a fictional repaint of the DC-6A model by PMDG. The United States Coast Guard never flew the R6D, but if they did fly them today it would probably look like this.
These four repaints that you can download separately are identical except for their number and Air Station name. Included are:
2601: AIRSTA Elizabeth City, NC
2602: AIRSTA Clearwater, FL
2603: AIRSTA Kodiak, AK
2604: AIRSTA Barbers Point, HI
Version 2.0 features revised engine exhaust (thanks Nick Botamer for his help) and is made compatible with new PMDG Operations Center file structure.
Install with PMDG Operations Center (drag and drop version for Marketplace no longer necessary due to PMDG's update of the Operations Center).

Run the PMDG Operations Center (which installs when you install the PMDG DC-6), then go to Aircraft and Liveries>Livery Utilities. Look at the bottom left corner and click the button that says "Install from PTP file" and select the .ptp that you want to install.

The Operations Center installs automatically when you buy & install the PMDG DC-6 package. If you are having trouble getting that to run properly I recommend contacting PMDG.

You should be able to use the PMDG Operations Center with the Marketplace version now. Make sure your Operations Center is the latest version.

Unfortunately showing up with a pink fuselage when installing after the latest dc-6 update. Looks nice in pics though.

Thanks - I'm planning an update soon. In the meantime you should be able to copy the small text file called "texture.cfg" out of the texture folder of a working livery and paste it into each of the installed CG DC-6As.
I'm setting up a new machine right now but I hope to upload an update this week.

Also you should be able to use the included marketplace/community folder version until the update is complete. Drag and Drop into Community!
